By accessing or using OWPick ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

OWPick provides Overwatch hero statistics and community-driven information. Data within the Service is categorized as follows:

• Official Data: Hero performance metrics such as win rates and pick rates are collected from the official Overwatch statistics page.
• Community Data: Perk preferences, matchups, and other community-driven stats are calculated entirely based on user votes.

Community data does not represent the official opinion of Blizzard Entertainment or actual game balance. OWPick is not responsible for the subjectivity or accuracy of user-generated information.

To use the perk and matchup voting features, you must log in via a Google account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Any attempt to manipulate votes through fraudulent means may result in a permanent ban from the Service.

All images, character names, and in-game data related to Overwatch are the property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. This service is provided as a fan-made tool and is not officially affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
